Permission for Mortgaging of plot/premises to clear Noida's dues, raise construction, set up unit/enterprise.

Requirements/Enclosures

Transfer application on plain paper can be submitted in the concerned office alongwith the following documents:-

• No dues certificate issued by the concerned Accounts Officer OR An undertaking by bank/institution for payment of the total due amount directly to Noida
• A letter from bank/institution that the grant of loan is under consideration.
• No objection certificate from the respective co-operative society for mortgaging of residential plot allotted to the members of co-operative societies.
• No objection certificate from AWHO/AFNHB/Builders/Co-operative societies for the flats/houses allotted by the respective institution.
• An affidavit on the prescribed proforma about unauthorized construction/use
• No charges/processing fee is payable .
• A copy of the resolution passed by Board of Directors/Executive Committee/Managing Trust if the allotment is in favour of a Company/Society/Trust .
• In case of allottee being a Partnership Firm, all partners shall be required to sign the application for Mortgage, alternatively the signatory partner has to produce an Authority Letter/Power of Attorney to move such an application .
