Permission for grant of extension to execute lease deed/transfer deed.

Requirements/Enclosures

Application on plain paper (on letter head of Firm/Company/ Society/ Trust as the case may be) can be submitted at the Reception Counter alongwith the following documents.

• No dues certificate regarding upto date payment of dues from concerned Accounts Officer.
• Payment deposit challan in original regarding deposit of the amount against extension charges for delay in execution of lease deed/transfer deed in Noida's account in one of the authorized banks.
• Extension shall be granted on daily basis.
